Boot Camp

Boot Camp is back!! With tryouts and school season around the corner, why not come in and work HARD?! During this camp, players will work their volleyball and physical skills. This is a high intenisty camp with fast paced drills and workouts. It is focused more on the conditoning of an athlete during a volleyball match. This is NOT a beginners camp! This is reserved for players that have at least 1-2 seasons of experience.
