Coaches Brandy and MK

September 15, 2021 - Brandy Jones will be leading our 10-1 team, along with Mary Katherine "MK" Forsyth as Assistant Coach.

Dubbed as our resident Itsy Bitsy Spikers expert, Coach Brandy returns to lead the youngest members of the A5 South family. Golf and volleyball are not only two of Coach Brandy's areas of expertise, but also her favorite sports to play. As a long-time educator, she coached volleyball and golf and taught at Riverdale High School, helping the school's run at state titles in both sports. Coach Brandy also taught English in China. 

Assisting her will be MK Forsyth, who has coached in our youth programs and club teams for the past 2 seasons. Coach MK grew up in the Columbus area, playing for the Calvary Christian School program and assisting at St. Anne Pacelli Catholic School. She is currently pursuing her degree in business. 

This dynamic duo is the right combination of nurturing, patient but firm teachers of the sport. Our young volleyballers will not only learn and have fun but will love the game as much (if not more) as we do!
