High School Setting Camp - Ages 14-18

This camp is geared towards 8th grade and High School players that want to grow their setting skills. In addition to Setters, Liberos and Right Sides who set in out of system plays should also attend this camp.
 

Recommended ages: 14-18

 

This camp will review and reinforce footwork and hand contact coupled with advanced movement and combination work. Players will be introduced to offensive sessions. Lots of attention paid to jump setting, location of all sets, tempo setting (fast attack), reversing the flow, out of system setting, defense and serving. There will be many, many reps and lots of movement.
